Scholarship Rules and Regulations

Participating in the scholarship program is reserved for families with an annual household income of $20,000 or less. By signing below, your are agreeing that this is true for yourself and are able to verify this information if asked to do so. Full-scholarships and half-scholarships are awarded based on the availability of the recipient, the funds available, and the necessity for BGRBA to fill programs and lessons studios with the appropriate group and teacher. Scholarship recipients are expected to complete the full duration of any semester or month of lessons they have been awarded. Failure to complete the program or lessons will forgo your access to said awarded scholarship, and also create friction for any future scholarships to be awarded. If at any time you need to discontinue lessons or any of the programs due to unforeseen circumstances, at least two weeks' notice is requested so that we can reallocate scholarships to some else in need and fill your spot.
