Kenzie Crowe of local BG band Girl Tones will be discussing the process of writing a melody and how to break it down into bite-sized pieces.

From her time playing and studying bluegrass, classical, and improv on both cello and guitar, Kenzie will discuss the importance of being comfortable with your instrument, on and off stage. Learn some new techniques that can help you write your own riffs, which will, in turn, help you perform your melodic ideas more confidently.

Your performance will strengthen immensely once you understand how you can use rhythm, dynamics, and tone to set the right mood for a song. Hang with Kenzie and learn some of these super secrets on how to ROCK!
